Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with state and district curriculum standards
- Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment conducive to learning
- Assess and monitor student progress through observations, assignments, and standardized assessments
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and development
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and administrators to support school-wide initiatives
- Maintain accurate student records, grades, and attendance documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field required
- Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate (PK-4 or K-6 preferred)
- Prior classroom teaching or student teaching experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of elementary curriculum, pedagogy, and child development
- Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for educating young children

Compensation: $48,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
